Formal and legal specialist

Duties:

• Examining the formal and legal status of land.
• Introducing planned energy infrastructure facilities to the local development plan or obtaining a decision on the location of a public purpose investment.
• Obtaining a decision on environmental conditions for the implementation of the investment.
• Obtaining the right to dispose of the real properties for construction purposes.
• Achieving transmission easement (civil law agreements concluded through negotiations or expropriation decisions).
• Achieving a building permit.

Region: Warsaw / whole Poland

Requirements:

• Experience in one or more of the areas indicated hereinabove (references or other documents confirming the previously performed work are welcome).
• Ability to act independently and organise work.
• Willingness to travel on business throughout the country.
• Driving license cat. B (passenger cars).
• Knowledge of the English language allowing for easy communication with a non-Polish-speaking contractor.
